This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs refunds and cancellations for orders placed on the ThinkIt mobile application (“App”) operated by Thinkit Commerce Private Limited (“Thinkit”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By placing an order on ThinkIt, you agree to this Policy.
1. Order Cancellation
• Orders can be cancelled before they are accepted or packed by the seller.
• Once an order is packed, dispatched, or out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.
• Certain items such as perishable goods, groceries, or customized products may not be eligible for cancellation.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be initiated in the following cases:
• Wrong item delivered
• Missing items in the order
• Damaged or expired products
• Order not delivered
• Order cancelled successfully as per eligibility
Refund eligibility is subject to verification by Thinkit and/or the seller.
3. Refund Process
• Refund requests must be raised through the app or customer support within 24 hours of delivery.
• Supporting images or details may be required for verification.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
4. Refund Timeline
• Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
• Actual credit time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following may not be eligible for refunds:
• Items marked as non-returnable
• Perishable goods after delivery (unless damaged or incorrect)
• Orders with incorrect delivery details provided by the user
6. Seller Responsibility
Refunds related to product quality or availability are primarily handled by sellers. Thinkit acts as a facilitator.
7. Failed or Delayed Refunds
If a refund is delayed beyond the stated timeline, users may contact customer support for assistance.
8. Changes to This Policy
Thinkit reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Updates will be reflected in the app or website.
