3. Services

ThinkIt is a hyperlocal platform that connects users with sellers, service providers, and delivery partners. Thinkit does not manufacture or own listed products.

4. Orders & Payments

All prices are displayed inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as stated. Payments are processed via third-party payment gateways. Thinkit is not responsible for payment failures caused by third parties.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on sellers, products, or services and will be displayed where applicable.

6. User Conduct

Users agree not to misuse the Services, violate laws, upload harmful content, or interfere with platform security.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software related to ThinkIt are the property of Thinkit Commerce Private Limited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Thinkit shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

9. Termination

Thinkit reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
